My wife and I were in the market for our first property recently. We have no experience as such and were a little apprehensive about property agents at large to be frank.
However, came this fine "home finder" who came forward the moment we step into The Poiz Residences show room. She understood our characters, being straight forward and no nonsense (both we and her), she pulled up the right recommendations and addressed our concerns and uncertainties.
In short, we felt at ease with her soft spoken while assuring nature. That very much made the procurement of our first home a very memorable and pleasant experience. These made me have no qualms to share our positive experience with PropNex with our friends.
